  1. Sign up and register with swimfit 
  2. Find your local community pool to start burning calories. 
  3. Start with card 1/30 and start to swim. Each one gets progressively more difficult. 
  4. Each card contains a warm up, skill development, cool down and the main activity. 
  5. Become familiar with the dashboard part of the swimfit website. You can track your progress and much more.
