Try fast and fresh Vietnamese street food in London’s square mile courtesy of HOP

Officially launching on Monday 15th June in Broadgate, at the heart of HOP is the Vietnamese concept of ‘Com Binh Dan’ or ‘Working People Food’. Offering boxes of delicious, aromatic and healthy dishes that can be eaten on the go. From Pho and Banh Mi to Bun Noodle Salads and fusion Summer Rolls, HOP’s food is adventurous, authentic and approachable.

Opening on a prime site in the heart of the Square Mile, HOP is the brainchild of a young and dynamic ex-City worker, 31 year old Paul Hopper, who having travelled extensively across Vietnam in 2012, and becoming inspired by the vibrant cuisine he discovered there.

Inspired by the whole of Vietnam, from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, each of the signature dishes reflects the authentic flavour of its place of origin, from the subtle simplicity of the north to the rich, pungent sweet and spicy of the south. Focusing on British inspired summer rolls and intense fresh, fragrant rice, vegetable and protein dishes, Hop is bringing something unique to London this summer.
