London’s most dazzling eco-conscious event is back this May with a unique blend of song, storytelling and environmental passion. Beautiful W🌎rld Cabaret, presented by the London Climate Change Festival and Janie Dee, brings together some of the UK’s most beloved performers for a series of special one-night-only shows at Crazy Coqs, Brasserie Zédel.
1. A West End Who’s Who in an Intimate Venue
Dame Maureen Lipman, Rob Brydon, Dame Felicity Lott and Wayne Sleep OBE are just some of the stars taking the stage. Alongside them, you’ll see musical theatre favourites like Laura Pitt-Pulford, Carly Mercedes-Dyer and jazz legend Ian Shaw. Each evening is hosted by a different artist, making every show a unique experience in one of London’s most atmospheric cabaret venues.
2. Cabaret With a Cause
This isn’t just entertainment—it’s a call to action. The cabaret explores environmental themes through music, dance and humour, encouraging audiences to reconnect with nature and consider their impact on the planet. It’s inspiring without being preachy, using the power of performance to move hearts and minds.
3. Purposeful Partnerships
Presented in collaboration with London Wildlife Trust and Olio, the cabaret supports organisations working to protect London’s biodiversity and tackle food waste. These partnerships underline the event’s message: meaningful change starts with community and creativity.
4. A Cast of Committed Changemakers
Janie Dee leads a line-up of performers who are as passionate about the planet as they are about their art. From Em Hoggett’s musical activism to Josephina Ortiz-Lewis’s playful but powerful performances, each artist brings their own take on the environmental themes at the heart of the series.
5. A Whole Month of Eco-Theatre
With twelve different shows running throughout May, there’s plenty of choice. Whether you fancy a soulful night of jazz, a glittering musical theatre celebration, or some satirical comedy, there’s something for everyone. Season tickets are also available for those who don’t want to miss a moment.
