New King Charles sculpture unveiled by Royal sculptor Frances Segelman

  1. Frances Segelman, a leading British sculptor, has created a new bronze sculpture of King Charles III, in anticipation of his coronation.
  2. Segelman has previously sculpted the late Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, as well as the then Prince of Wales in 2014 to mark the 40th anniversary of The Prince’s Trust.
  3. The new sculpture of King Charles III is a life-and-a-half-sized rendition, depicting how the King will look on Coronation Day, and was cast at Bronze Age Foundry in Limehouse.
  4. The sculpture will be unveiled at a new exhibition of Segelman’s work later this year, which will also feature a miniature bronze of King Charles and a diamond dust print series of the King, as well as miniature bronzes of Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh.
  5. According to Frances, the King is a charming and caring person who is passionate about helping young people in their personal development, and he also has a clear interest in the arts, making him a fitting subject for a sculpture.
