So you have always used the phone for bookings but you took the leap and signed up to introduce online bookings.

So now what?

As part of your signup with Table Wow, you will have received an email with all your account details and links to your

• Profile page URL
• Diary App
• Account Management App

Next thing you need to do to get the most out of this is starting promoting the Profile page URL.

To do this you need to

1. Update your website with a ‘Book Now’ button.
2. Update your social media profiles with your profile page URL
3. Add a ‘Book Now’ button to Facebook (again with your profile page URL)
4. Update your phone voicemail to tell customers that they can make booking requests via your website (and/or Facebook page)

If this seems like a lot of work don’t worry. We will do this for you if you prefer.Just email support@tablewow.com to request this.

Update your website with a ‘Book Now’ button.

If you have a website built with WordPress this is easy. You just follow the instructions we have at

and position the button where you want. It looks like this on our sample site

If you don’t have WordPress this you need to add in the script to each page you want the button on. The script for your account can be found in the ‘Account Management App’. Just log into the app and click the “Account” text in the top right hand side and copy the code displayed.

Update your Twitter profile with your profile page url

Change your voicemail to tell customers that they can book online from your website or your Table Wow profile page. Customers expect this now and we’ve all heard this from when we call the bank.

That’s it! Pretty straightforward I think.

Now that you have managed to introduce online bookings you can take booking requests when you are closed and too busy to answer the phone.
