Rules Restaurant was founded in 1798. The fine dining here is very much quintessentially English. If you want a Kate Middleton Cocktail then you will find it. The food is excellent and the suet puddings are to die for. The fish is also impressive. Would sir like a top up? You will be very impressed with Rules .
