5 Things to Know About Naked Smoothies’ Free Fi-Bar Pop-Up in Soho

London | Saturday 24 October 2026, 11am – 5pm

Fibre is having a moment. Naked Smoothies is taking over 15 Bateman Street in Soho for one day only with The Fi-Bar, a free pop-up dedicated to making fibre fun. Here are five things to know.

1. Free Fibre-tinis

Grab a freshly shaken Fibre-tini, made with Naked Fibre Machine, and choose your own garnish. The smoothie blends kiwi and apple juice with spinach and apple cider vinegar, and gives you 28% of your daily fibre in a 300ml bottle.

2. Treats from Acai Girls

Fibre-filled snacks come courtesy of Acai Girls, and every guest leaves with a goody bag including a Naked Fibre Machine and a fibre pot, while stocks last.

3. Answer the Fibre Phone to win

A green Fibre Phone will ring roughly every 30 minutes from 11.30am. Be the first eligible guest to answer and get the question right, and you could win prizes including gym class passes, gym gear vouchers and flight vouchers.

4. Chilled house beats

A DJ will play chilled house all day, and there’s a photobooth to capture your “I Got Naked” moment. It’s a fun, relaxed way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Soho.

5. It’s free

Entry is free. You can book a ticket in advance on Eventbrite, and walk-ins are welcome subject to capacity. The campaign highlights that 95% of UK adults don’t get enough fibre.
