Dish from Waitrose Live Returns to the Royal Opera House: 5 Things to Know About the 2026 Show

Angela Hartnett and Nick Grimshaw are bringing Dish from Waitrose Live back to the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden on Sunday 1 November 2026 at 4pm, following the sell-out success of the podcast’s first live show in 2025.

1. Angela Hartnett and Nick Grimshaw are back on stage

The Michelin-starred chef and broadcaster will once again recreate the relaxed dinner-party feel of the Dish from Waitrose podcast in front of a live audience. Expect cooking, conversation, stories, laughter and a few surprises along the way.

2. The 2025 show was a sell-out

Last year’s Royal Opera House debut featured Jack Whitehall, with a surprise appearance from Dame Mary Berry. The packed show proved popular enough for Dish to return to the venue for a second year.

3. The 2026 special guests have not been announced yet

Angela and Nick will once again welcome guests around the table, but the names are being kept under wraps for now. Previous podcast guests have included Tom Holland, Olivia Colman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Keira Knightley, Dua Lipa, Florence Pugh and Gordon Ramsay.

4. You can make an evening of it with dinner at the Royal Opera House

Ticket holders can reserve a table at Angela Hartnett’s Cicoria restaurant on the fifth floor of the Royal Opera House. There will also be a Dish-inspired menu available in the Crush Room and The Balconies Restaurant for £75 per person.

5. Tickets go on sale on 2 September

Tickets for Dish from Waitrose Live cost from £33 to £80 and go on sale at 12pm on Wednesday 2 September 2026.
Date: Sunday 1 November 2026
