One
Boxing! I love waking up on a Saturday morning and punching the cr*p out of something! I joined after a break up to get rid of some unwanted tension I was holding. I recently discovered Kobox , its a nightclub meets boxing class, dark moody strobe lighting, loud banging tunes and an instructor who is ready to kick you into shape! I never liked exercise until joining a class and the time goes so quickly! I leave as red as a tomato and want to quickly shove whatever is in the closest cafe in my mouth but boy its a great stress relief and I feel really good after.
Two
Live Music. My favourite gigs are usually at Bush Hall, they have great country acts and its so cute an intimate, the best way to hear music. I love a gig where I am in the moment with the artist and you connect with them. Bush Hall is such a cute venue, it’s an old ballroom looking place – perfect for a date night or cosy evening.
Three
I love to walk the dog and listen to music, Hampstead Heath is my dream place to just roam around and switch off, you can really escape London in Hampstead Heath, go for tea in Kenwood and feel like you are in the countryside for a couple of hours.

Four
playing an instrument- it seems off putting to learn an instrument as an adult but you would be amazed how much of an accomplishment it feels to pick up a guitar and be able to jam out a few tunes. Writing a music diary is my favourite thing to do, to turn any bad experience or unwanted feeling into a song – or just thrash out a big ballad of someone elses..
Five
Dance in the living room.. house parties are underrated but there is nothing more I love than inviting 2 girlfriends round and playing our favourite songs and dancing! If tiktok has taught us anything its the joy of finding stupid dance routines and realising that being shockingly bad at dancing is a charming way to have fun! Bottle of something sparkly and booty shaking your way through the night with your besties is a weekend must!!
