Southbank Centre welcomes a host of iconic names and eclectic new talent to its historic music venues, including the newly refurbished Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room for a month-long gig, such as disco diva Sophie Ellis-Bextor as she performs her hits backed by a full live orchestra for the first time. The dancefloor-filling pop singer makes her first headline appearance at Royal Festival Hall for this show, though she has previously sung at the iconic venue as a guest of composer Tim Rice and with Burt Bacharach.
