5 Things to Know About Cutter & Squidge’s Miffy Afternoon Tea in Soho – Until 31 August 2026

Miffy has arrived in London for a particularly sweet summer collaboration. Cutter & Squidge has transformed its Soho café with themed afternoon teas, baking masterclasses, drinks, cakes and limited-edition gifts.

The Cutter & Squidge and Miffy collection is available in Soho and online until 31 August 2026, but the ticketed experiences are expected to fill up quickly.

1. Enjoy Miffy’s Afternoon Tea in Soho

The centrepiece of the collaboration is Miffy’s Afternoon Tea, served at Miffy-decorated tables inside Cutter & Squidge’s Soho café.

The adult menu includes:

  • Cheese and chutney brioche
  • Egg mayonnaise charcoal roll
  • Coronation chicken sourdough
  • Strawberries and cream Biskie
  • Miffy’s strawberry sprinkle posset
  • A slice of Miffy’s strawberry and peach melba cake
  • Two scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam
  • Tea
  • A limited-edition Cutter & Squidge and Miffy notebook to take home

A smaller children’s menu includes savoury treats, a posset, a scone, tea or a soft drink and a notebook.

Afternoon tea is available from Wednesday to Sunday during the collaboration. Sittings begin at 11.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm and 5.30pm and last for 90 minutes.

Adult tickets cost £45 and children’s tickets cost £25. Every adult or child requiring a chair or highchair must have their own ticket, and afternoon teas cannot be shared.

2. Make Your Own Miffy Roulade

Young bakers and Miffy fans can also join a 90-minute Miffy Strawberries and Cream Roulade Masterclass.

Cutter & Squidge’s team demonstrates each stage before guests fill and roll their sponge with buttercream and strawberries. The roulade is then decorated with miniature Miffy biscuits, freeze-dried strawberries and petals.

No previous baking experience is required, and classes are limited to ten people. Every participant has an individual workstation and takes home their completed boxed roulade and an exclusive Cutter & Squidge and Miffy apron.

The masterclass runs on Saturdays, with sessions at 11am and 1pm. Tickets cost £65 per participant and include a welcome drink. It is suitable for children aged six and over, although children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

3. Try the Limited-Edition Miffy Pink Drink

Visitors who do not book one of the full experiences can still join the Miffy celebrations at the Soho café.

The limited-edition Miffy Pink Drink combines peach lemonade with vegan strawberry whipped cream, multicoloured sprinkles and an exclusive Miffy cup sleeve.

The café also sells Miffy cakes, biscuits, cookie bites and merchandise while stocks last. The limited-edition range includes mugs, notebooks, prints, plush toys, tote bags and a Soho-exclusive Miffy keyring.

The Miffy products will not be restocked after the collaboration ends, so some items may sell out before 31 August.

4. Order a Miffy Afternoon Tea at Home

Those unable to visit Soho can order Miffy treats for nationwide UK delivery.

The Miffy Afternoon Tea at Home costs £34.99 and is designed for two people. It contains:

  • Two carrot cake truffle cakes
  • Two strawberry cheesecake loaves
  • Four handmade scones
  • Clotted cream and strawberry jam
  • Two Miffy lemon and vanilla biscuits
  • Two Cutter & Squidge English Breakfast teabags

Other online products include Miffy biscuits in a keepsake tin, cookie bite tins, a strawberry and peach melba celebration cake and a £79.99 Miffy hamper.

5. Check the Important Booking Information

The collaboration takes place at:

Cutter & Squidge
20 Brewer Street
Soho
London
W1F 0SJ

Piccadilly Circus is the nearest Underground station, with Leicester Square and Oxford Circus also within walking distance. The Soho café is normally open daily from 11am until 7pm.

Tickets for the afternoon tea and masterclass should be purchased in advance through DesignMyNight. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been received.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or transferred. Promotional codes, Cutter & Squidge gift cards and vouchers cannot be used for these experiences.

Guests should arrive at least five minutes early. Late arrivals can attend for the remaining portion of the session, but the scheduled finishing time cannot be extended.

Cutter & Squidge states that it cannot make substitutions or cater for allergies or special dietary requirements during either Miffy experience. Trace allergens will be present because food is prepared in a shared kitchen.

The masterclass takes place downstairs and is reached by a steep staircase. There is no lift, so visitors with mobility requirements should contact Cutter & Squidge before booking. The venue also has limited highchairs, very little buggy storage and no baby-changing facilities.

The Cutter & Squidge and Miffy collaboration runs until 31 August 2026. Availability is limited, so checking the live booking calendar before travelling is recommended.
