Last night we dined at the main restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Birmingham.

Filini Restaurant is located on the first floor and serves authentic Italian cuisine prepared with innovative ideas and creative twists. Named for the matchstick-thin pasta, Filini Restaurant was a concept created by Roy Ackerman, who designed the simple and authentic approach of the menu. The restaurant is open for all three meals.
