Famed chat show, radio and TV host, Clive Anderson brings his first solo show Me, Macbeth & I back on tour in 2023 due to popular demand following a successful tour in 2022. The one-man stage show is a comedic take on Shakespeare’s tragedy, Macbeth, and is sure to be a hit with audiences.

An award-winning and versatile broadcaster and comedy writer, Clive began his career in stand-up comedy and script writing, before rising to fame as the host of Whose Line Is It Anyway? on radio and then television. He won the 1991 British Comedy Award for his hosting duties.

Clive has had a successful career in television, fronting ten series of Clive Anderson Talks Back on Channel 4 and four series of Clive Anderson All Talk on BBC 1. He has also made guest appearances on shows such as Have I Got News For You, QI, Mock the Week, Countdown and Fighting Talk. In addition to his TV work, he has presented programmes covering current affairs, sport, science, history, music, art and literature, including Mystic Britain on the Smithsonian Channel and Unreliable Evidence on BBC Radio 4.

No stranger to the stage, Clive has hosted numerous live events and award ceremonies for BAFTA, London EveningStandard, Chortle, the Olivier Awards and others in London and overseas. Recently, he was on stage in the Winner’s Curse at the Park Theatre in London. He also presents his podcast My Seven Wonders, in which he interviews comedians, actors, writers, and others about their choice of seven wonders.
