Great beer meets great design. Guinness Open Gate Brewery London has launched an exclusive 22-piece collection with acclaimed illustrator Mason London, reimagining some of the brand’s most famous artwork for a new generation.
Here are five things to know.
1. The toucan goes undercover
At the heart of the collection is an undercover toucan, a playful nod to John Gilroy’s legendary Guinness character. Mason London was inspired after visiting the Guinness archives in Dublin, and pitched his own funny versions of the Gilroy toucan as, in his words, a bit of a long shot.
2. 22 pieces to collect
The range includes organic cotton T-shirts, hoodies, caps and totes, plus collectible pint glasses, pub mirrors and homeware. The standout is a statement bomber jacket inspired by vintage Guinness labels.
3. You can only buy it in two places
The collection is sold exclusively at the Guinness Good Things store at Open Gate Brewery London and at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin. That makes it a great souvenir, or a unique Christmas present for a Guinness fan.
4. The artist behind the brewery
Mason London, a former art director for Boiler Room, created all the external murals and large-scale installations at the brewery, which opened in December 2025. His clients include Nike, Blue Note and England Football, so this collection is a natural next step.
5. Get £5 off a brewery experience
Any purchase from the collection at the London brewery comes with a £5 credit towards a brewery experience. Options include the 90-minute Open Gate Experience Tour, the premium Guinness Masterclass with rare liquids and artefacts, and a two-hour Draught & Craft Cocktail Workshop for up to 12 people. Please drink responsibly.
