Murder, mischief, musical comedy and a three-course meal are coming together at Brick Lane Music Hall this October. The Pleasures of Fanny is a new interactive murder mystery musical in which the audience becomes part of the investigation. Here are five things to know before taking your seat.

Meet the Silvertown Lovies Amateur Group, otherwise known as the SLAGs. Their latest production is inspired by Fanny Hill: Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure. Expect colourful characters, outrageous situations and plenty of traditional music hall humour.

Just as the musical gets underway, a sinister killing brings the performance to an unexpected halt. The theatre is thrown into lockdown, fiction and reality begin to blur, and suddenly everyone is a suspect. 3. Every Table Becomes a Detective Squad
This isn’t a murder mystery where you simply sit back and watch. Audience members work together at their tables, examine clues, consider suspects’ motives and piece together alibis. Each detective squad must submit its verdict before the killer is finally revealed. Will your table solve the crime?
4. Enjoy Dinner, Lunch or Afternoon Tea While Solving the Mystery
