Chiave Shoreditch Launches a New Cocktail Menu from Bilal Tekec and Team

Chiave in Shoreditch has launched a new cocktail menu created by award-winning bartender Bilal Tekec and the Chiave team, bringing together tequila, tropical flavours, floral serves and an olive oil martini. Set against the bar’s Arda Audio sound system, the drinks are designed to match Chiave’s music-led approach to a night out in East London.

Here are five cocktails worth looking out for.

1. Roxy brings mango and tequila together

Roxy – £15 combines Don Julio Blanco tequila with Desi Daru Mango Vodka and limoncello.

Citrus keeps the drink fresh, while a touch of green pepper adds a little spice. It is Chiave’s take on a juicy tequila sour and one of the more unusual combinations on the new menu.

2. City Samba goes tropical

City Samba – £15 mixes coconut fat-washed whisky with clarified pineapple, vetiver and Amaro Nonino.

The result is richer than a typical tropical cocktail, balancing fruit with whisky and a bittersweet finish.

3. Flamenko Sketches is bright and fruit-forward

For something lighter, Flamenko Sketches – £14 combines vodka, clarified pomegranate, raspberry shrub and sherry.

It is designed as a polished, fruit-led drink with plenty of acidity and a gentle sherry character underneath.

4. Capybara and Stardust offer two very different options

Capybara – £14 is the more aromatic choice, bringing together Tanqueray No.10, sakura, jasmine, elderflower and palo santo.

Stardust – £14 goes in a completely different direction, mixing rum, passion fruit, mint, yuzu and soda into a crisp highball.

Both are part of the new menu created by Bilal Tekec and the Chiave team.

5. Spybreak is Chiave’s savoury martini

One drink returning from the original menu is Spybreak – £15.

Olive oil-washed vodka is combined with vermouth and fino sherry to create Chiave’s silky, savoury take on the classic Martini. If you are searching for an olive oil martini in Shoreditch, this is probably the drink on the menu that will catch your attention first.
