Would be good if when they say they’ll be there in 30 minutes so that my son could discuss his upcoming world record attempt with them that they would actually stick to their word and be there when he got back 30 minutes later. I guess it shows their loyalty to their customers and above all the creators of the content (i.e. world records) that they then sell
