Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour 2025: Glitz, Glamour, and Sequins

It’s that time of year again! The Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour is back to waltz away the winter blues. Featuring 30 dazzling shows across the UK, the tour showcases the amazing routines, fabulous costumes, and jaw-dropping choreography that fans love from the award-winning BBC1 series.

Tour Dates and Locations

The tour kicks off at Birminghamโ€™s Utilita Arena on 17 January and travels to some of the UKโ€™s biggest venues, including:

  • Utilita Arena Sheffield
  • Utilita Arena Newcastle
  • OVO Hydro Glasgow
  • M&S Bank Arena Liverpool
  • First Direct Arena Leeds
  • AO Arena Manchester
  • Motorpoint Arena Nottingham
  • The O2 in London, with the final show on 9 February.

What to Expect

Fans can expect:

  • All the glitz, glamour, and sequins of the TV show, supersized for arenas.
  • Host Janette Manrara, co-presenter of It Takes Two, returning for the fourth year.
  • Judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood (also directing), and newcomer Motsi Mabusi, who joins the panel for the first time.

Motsi shared her excitement:

“I’ve heard so much about the incredible audiences… it will be such a joy to be part of that magic.”

The audience will vote via text to decide the winner of the Glitterball Trophy each night.

Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola

Miranda actress Sarah Hadland is ready to compete for the top prize alongside her partner, Vito Coppola. Vito praised Sarahโ€™s determination:

“The reaction from the crowd is incredible. Doing Strictly on TV is the cake; the tour is the icing on top.”

JB Gill, Amy Dowden, and Lauren Oakley

JLS star JB Gill teams up with two partners, Amy Dowden and Lauren Oakley, a first for the tour. Amy, recovering from a foot injury, shared her excitement to return:

“I’m going to enjoy every second of it.”

Lauren added:

“Both mine and Amy’s main aim was to make sure the transition was smooth for JB.”

Tasha Ghouri and Aljaลพ ล korjanec

Former Love Island contestant and deaf community advocate Tasha Ghouri is dancing with tour veteran Aljaลพ ล korjanec. Tasha said:

“Itโ€™s been so special to connect with young children and parents who have deaf children.”

Aljaลพ called performing in arenas “a crazy feeling”:

“You see the smiles and happy faces, and that fuels you.”

Montell Douglas and Kai Widdrington

Olympic athlete and Gladiators star Montell Douglas partners with Kai Widdrington. Kai noted:

“Johannes turned Montell into a fabulous dancer, and I get to work with her at this amazing standard.”

Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas

EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick dances with Michelle Tsiakkas, who praised his dedication:

“He put in the hard work, time, and effort, and I’m so proud of him.”

Wynne Evans and Katya Jones

Opera singer Wynne Evans partners with Katya Jones, who highlighted the supportive atmosphere of the tour:

“No one wants you to fail; they want to cheer you on.”

Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu

X Factor winner Shayne Ward reunites with Nancy Xu for the tour. Shayne admitted:

“Iโ€™ll be honest, I want a Glitterball Trophy!”

Nancy emphasized the joy of the live experience:

“Itโ€™s like weโ€™re inviting [fans] to the best party in the world.”

Group Performances and Professional Dancers

Audiences will enjoy favourite dances from the TV show, as well as spectacular group numbers. Professional dancers joining the tour include:
