This Michelin started restsurant sits high on the top of the London Hilton. Most of the tables are situated by the window allowing for stunning views of Hyde Park. At night this is particularly spectacular. The adjacent bat is impressive too with 5 star service to go with it. The food as you would expect is brilliant. A particular highlight for us were the pink and white marshmallows served with the coffee.
