5 Reasons to Visit the Spirit of Christmas Fair at Olympia for Its 25th Anniversary

Christmas 2026 | 2 – 8 November

The UK’s longest-running Christmas fair is turning 25. The Spirit of Christmas Fair returns to Olympia London from 2 to 8 November, and this year it comes with a bumper programme of free workshops. Here are five reasons to go.

1. More than 600 independent businesses

Over 50,000 visitors come each year to shop from more than 600 small, vetted independent businesses. The fair prides itself on original gifts you won’t find anywhere else, so it’s the perfect place to get ahead on your Christmas shopping.

2. Free festive workshops

All workshops are included in your ticket, first come, first served. Highlights include Christmas tablescaping with interior stylist Rebecca de Boehmler (5 November), an Italian Christmas table with Maria Grazia from a 16th-century Puglian farmhouse (8 November) and reusable cracker making (6 November).

3. Help with the festive stress

New this year, health coach Tracy Davenport shares how to manage stress over Christmas (3 November), professional organiser Shannon Murphy shows how to prepare your home (4 November), and Get-Ahead Christmas Cook author Jane Lovett hosts a make-ahead Q&A (4 November).

4. Find your perfect party outfit

Colour and style experts Red Leopard (4 and 5 November) and former fashion buyer Bridget Albano (7 November) will help you choose flattering styles and fabrics, so you can finally ditch the “that’ll do” party outfit.

5. Plus the Luxury Travel Fair

Your ticket also includes Condé Nast Traveller’s Luxury Travel Fair (5 to 8 November), with more than 80 travel brands and free talks. Classic favourites like wreath making, Champagne tasting and gift wrapping are back too.
