Tomorrow, a giant speaker called speakHER lands at Seven Dials in Covent Garden. Created by Holland & Barrett, the interactive sculpture gives women a bold, unfiltered platform to share their health stories, and it’s free to visit for one day only.

speakHER isn’t just for listening. Visitors are invited to step up to the mic and share their own stories live. It’s designed to break the silence around dismissed symptoms and spark honest conversations about women’s health. If you’ve ever felt unheard by a doctor or struggled to get answers, this is a chance to add your voice to a much bigger conversation, and there’s no pressure to take part if you’d rather just listen.
3. Free expert advice on the day
Holland & Barrett’s trained Women’s Health Coaches will be on hand throughout the day, offering free guidance to help women navigate their own health journeys. Whether you have questions about hormones, energy, sleep, nutrition or menopause, it’s a relaxed opportunity to talk things through with someone who’s been trained to help, without booking an appointment.
4. Perfectly timed for Menopause Awareness Month
The event lands on the eve of Menopause Awareness Month, which runs throughout October. It follows Holland & Barrett’s State of the Nation’s Health 2026 report, which found that 37% of people struggle to understand what their body actually needs. speakHER is a reminder that talking openly is often the first step towards getting the right support.
5. It’s free and right in the heart of Covent Garden
There’s no ticket or booking needed. Just turn up any time between 8.45am and 5pm. Seven Dials is a short walk from Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road stations, so it’s easy to pop in on your way to work, during a lunch break or while shopping in Neal Street.
