Students receiving their A-Level results today have an unusual way to celebrate. The Crystal Maze Experience is offering a limited number of free tickets to students who achieve a C grade in at least one A-Level subject, with the offer available at its London and Manchester attractions.
Here are five things to know.
1. A C grade can get you a free ticket
Any student who receives at least one C grade in an A-Level subject can claim a free place at The Crystal Maze Experience.
The idea behind the “C for Crystal” campaign is simple: Results Day should not only be about students collecting straight As. A C grade still represents a substantial achievement and, for 50 students, it could also mean a free trip into the Maze.

2. You will need to take your results with you
Students need to book through the special offer and then bring their A-Level results sheet showing at least one C grade when they visit.

3. There are only 50 free places
This is a genuinely limited offer. Only 50 free tickets are available and they are being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The promotion runs from Thursday 13 August to Sunday 16 August 2026, but the free places may disappear well before the end of that period.
If you want to use the offer, booking sooner rather than later would therefore make sense.
4. It is a chance to forget about exam results for a while
The Crystal Maze Experience is based on the much-loved television series and combines puzzles, physical tasks and skill challenges.
Teams work their way through themed zones, collecting crystals before finishing inside the famous Crystal Dome. The current experience includes Industrial, Medieval, Futuristic and Aztec zones, together with a new Ocean Zone in London.
It is a rather different Results Day celebration from going out for a meal or heading straight home to start thinking about university.

5. The message behind the offer is probably the most important part
Results Day can make it feel as though everything depends on a string of top grades. It does not.
A-Level results matter, particularly when students are waiting for university places, apprenticeships or other opportunities, but they are only one part of a much bigger picture.
The Crystal Maze promotion is a light-hearted offer, but its message is a useful one: there is more than one version of a successful Results Day, and a C grade can be something worth celebrating too.
