Bluebird Chelsea will be home to the world’s first all-avocado concept, The Avocado Show from the 11th – 24th March as it pops up in the cult King’s Road cafe serving their visually stunning and delicious signature dishes. Born in Amsterdam and known to fans worldwide, this pop up at Bluebird Chelsea will be The Avocado Show’s first London debut. The transformed cafe will be serving five of their stand out dishes made using sustainable and socially responsible avocados.
Legendary chef, Jamie van Heije’s influence can be seen in all the creations that will be coming to London. The menu at Bluebird will include The Avo Garden, a beautiful salad composed atop an avocado; The Bun Burger, a wagyu beef patty with bacon and toppings served between two avocado halves or The Benny Boy, poached eggs with house-made hollandaise served atop crispy bacon slices and avocado halves.
The Cafe will be decked out with an abundance of foliage and greenery, bringing The Avocado Show’s unique vibe to the King’s Road. Front of house staff will be kitted out in The Avocado Show branded shirts.
